Key Technologies Applied in Drawer-type Shielding Boxes for Wireless Terminal RF Testing

Drawer-type shielding boxes integrate multiple technologies to ensure electromagnetic isolation and testing accuracy:  

Electromagnetic Shielding Structure:

Metal (aluminum/stainless steel) with conductive gaskets and welded seams, achieving ≥70dB shielding effectiveness via Faraday cage principle.  

Filtering & Ventilation Systems:

Waveguide filters for power/signal lines to suppress EMI, combined with EMI-absorbing materials to reduce internal reflections.  

Automated Mechanical Design:

Drawer mechanism for quick DUT loading, interfacing with robotic arms via RS232/RJ45 for fully automated testing.  

Antenna Integration:

Built-in broadband antennas (20MHz–40GHz) with polarization control for consistent signal coupling.  


Environmental Control:

Temperature/humidity sensors to maintain stable testing conditions, critical for RF parameter consistency.  

Test System Interfaces:
