The China Software Testing Center (Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center, MIIT) is a public institution administered by the China Center for Information Industry Development. Established in 1990, it is China’s first authoritative third-party organization dedicated to developing national quality infrastructure for civilian and defense sectors.
The Center undertakes the construction of the National Public Service Platform for Software and Integrated Circuits, the National Robot Quality Inspection and Testing Center, and the MIIT Key Laboratory of Intelligent Connected Vehicle Testing and Evaluation, providing technical support for major national science and technology programs. It conducts technical research, inspection & testing, certification and assessment to advance new industrialization. As the first inspection body for computer software and hardware products in China, it has obtained CNAS accreditation and CMA qualification.
Upholding the tenet “Professionalism is Strength”, the Center aims to build an internationally influential brand for third-party inspection, testing and certification.
