Automatic Acoustic Test Enclosure

Saisheng Technology has newly launched a medium-to-large noise test sound insulation enclosure, which meets high-performance automated production testing standards. With an internal background noise level of approximately 27dB, it supports rigorous testing for motors and actuators. Widely deployed in the production testing of massage seat assemblies, lumbar supports and other equipment, it safeguards consistent product quality!

Top-bottom opening enclosure (guillotine gate structure)

Internal dimensions: Depth 1000 × Width 900 × Height 900 mm

External dimensions: Depth 1500 × Width 1400 × Height 1400 mm; total height with mobile base frame: 1925 mm

Isolation performance: When external white noise reaches 80 dBA, internal noise ≤29 dBA (A-weighted, under normal conditions without abnormal interference such as piling, trailer vibration, wall hammering or impact noise)

Enclosure construction: Composite structure of sheet metal, sound barrier, damping, shock absorption and sound-absorbing materials

Color: Custom color per customer’s color code

Remarks: The package includes enclosure frame, sound insulation materials and mobile base frame; electric control system, sliding platform and other accessories are not included
